Even before I read these comments I had pretty much decided not to go any further with PM. Apparently it doesnt have a YKK zipper and she says thats what makes it fake (keep in mind at first she gave me a couple other reasons before the zipper) and doesnt understand that they use different brands and finding that info is very easy! Its definitely time consuming. They also said they took it to her local store and they said it was fake. What about Mercari? Im using actual pictures not stock images.
